The Overbrook Community

Situated on a five hundred and fifty acre tract of wooded, rolling land in the most southerly Ozark foothills, Overbook lies north of the Arkansas River in Pulaski County. Central to Overbrook is a private park including a swimming pool, splash pad, tennis & basketball courts, playground, and recreation pavilion for the exclusive use and enjoyment of its members. Green belts, as well as Five Mile Creek Trail wind throughout the community, and are set aside to preserve and maintain the area in its natural state as a retreat from the urban world.

Overbrook’s authority is vested in its members, management is overseen by the Board of Directors. The Board consists of nine elected members. The day to day operations are maintained by the property manager and, seasonally, by the pool manager under the direction of the Board.
